Online, over the phone, cheque or BACS. You can order online and complete payment through our secure payment gateway 'Barclaypay' and we will send you a notification once we have received your order. If you would like to give us a call, we can take debit/credit card payments over the phone and complete a secure transaction manually. If you wish we can provide our banking information so that you may make your payment directly into our account. Once we have received the funds we will dispatch your items.

Yes you can. Our equipment is built and settings completed before it is dispatched, we do as much here as possible so there's as little as possible to do on your side. The longest part of installing a system is running the cables around, after that its 3 or 4 screws to mount each camera. In terms of experience, as long as you are happy getting up at ladders if the camera is at a height and you know how to use a drill then you're going to be fine fitting a system. There are plenty of ways to make an install easier for yourself depending on your property. Feel free to give us a call, we've all been fitting CCTV systems for years and we'll happily share advice.
If you have placed your order before 3pm we will typically have it shipped out for the next day. Orders placed before 3pm on Fridays will be delivered on the Monday. If you would like to choose a specific day your items ariive then please let us know upon placing your order.
Yes, we can deliver items globally. This process requires a bit of coordination and a carriage fee is denoted by nation, their taxes, customs and then of course parcel quantity, size and weight. Please note, lithium batteries will need to be removed for transit. We proudly have CCTV systems all around the world, please get in contact with our team if you require a global service.
All IP, Starlight, White Light & PTZ technology is covered by a two year warranty. Other items such as HD-SDI & Sale items have a 12 month warranty. Items returned are at the expense of the customer, if the goods are found not to be faulty then a returning carriage fee will be imposed.
You will need to contact us via the telephone, email or come to our store in order to start the refund/cancellation process. Please provide information of the returning product(s) and have your invoice number available. You have the right to a refund up to 14 days of purchase as long as the item(s) are returned in perfect condition including packaging etc. All customers are responsible for carriage charges associated with the return of products. Proper packaging of the item(s) is required to avoid product damage during transit. Any returned products with items missing, the items missing will be charged to the customer. Once we receive the returned goods, we will test them and replace or credit at our discretion. You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortages. Please ensure you notify us with 3 days from delivery. Thankfully refunds are a rarity for us, we try to process them as quickly as possible, if you have made your purchase online the refund process may take longer than other payment methods, please get in contact for further information.
