Hi Russell, Thanks for the camera. I have installed it and operated it last night and today and it works perfectly (no pulsing)! Also tried your suggestion of tape over the top LED's on the Halo camera and that works a treat. Perfect picture. I will send back the faulty camera today. Thanks once again for all your help. Yes Phil you are correct they are TVT DVRs, but they will not allow us to market the DVRs under their TVT brand name and display prices at the same time.

Bought a hdi-sdi 4 camera system last year and have been very impressed with the quality of the recordings produced. The whole system was a doddle to install and worked perfectly from the start. I have been for some time going to install remote viewing on my android tablet but have gone round in circles with the port forwarding dynamic IP addresses etc. My fault I wanted to crack it and didn't want to ring up for advice. Then one day I went on cctvfirst website and there was the info real easy and straight forward installed superlivepro and photographed my barcode it worked straight away. Recently viewed my camera's from Spain absolutely fantastic even got the wife to wave at me. Have to say the chaps at cctv first from the outset were very helpful and knowledgeable and the system I purchased is fantastic. Many thanks.

I can't quite believe this. It seems too-good, to be true. But I'll give it a whirl. I'll be in contact, by phone. Now being a Sunday I expect that you are closed. I have been looking and looking for a real solution, having been mis-sold, or should that be, stupidly, sold a couple of Q vis systems. The old CCTV with VCR, is still in place, and works !

CCTV supplied my full cctv system There has never been any issues with this equipment in the 4 years that it has been running. I have found Russell and his team to be honest and willing to give advice freely irrespective of them selling to you. I have now moved house and will be heading back to CCTV first for some upgraded cctv. CCTV first are excellent, they are up to date reasonably priced and have a great support ethos. Cannot fault them.
